EAT | THE POTHOLDER CAFE

Joyce and I decided we needed a vacation. But since we only had two days, one night we decided to save our money for a getaway until we had a little more time and a couple more friends in town. So we had a LOCATION - a local vacation! haha. I saw a Groupon for hydrobiking and convinced Joyce we needed to go. The night before, we yelped places to eat breakfast/brunch (our favorite meal) and came across The Potholder Cafe. We saw the Mac Daddy Frankie which is a EIGHTEEN INCH pancake with 2 eggs and 2 bacon or sausage, and we were sold! Lately, for some reason we enjoy ordering large amounts of food and then challenging ourselves to finish it. This was a perfect opportunity for that!

ohemgee! look how big it is!
Mac Daddy Frankie with blueberries, scrambled eggs, and bacon (obviously)

Our server bought us huge pitchers of maple syrup and blueberry syrup. And bite after bite we ate it all. Just kidding! We didn't want to stuff ourselves right before biking so we packed the rest of it up. And then our waitress took a picture of us with empty plates for kicks. When you check-in with yelp $6.50 bottomless mimosas on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4PM. They have a huge menu with so many other options, we definitely can't wait to go back (especially because we already bought more hydrobiking Groupons)!

xoxo, allison
