New Year, Same Me.

First of all, Happy New Year! I know that I'm extremely behind on sending warm wishes, but if you know my crazy schedule you'd appreciate the fact that I made time to write one. So in lieu of the new year, I always find it interesting how people aways say "New Year, New Me." What does that mean anyway?? Aren't you the same person when the clock strikes midnight? 

Enough with my rant...here is my year in review! 2013 was definitely a year of growth for me. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree, started grad school, moved into my first apartment away from school, went on SOP's Asia Tour, got my first substitute teaching job, ran my first ever half marathon, became employed at one of the best companies...the list could go on and on. But what I'm most grateful for are the opportunities that I've been given each day. I'm excited for what 2014 holds as I finish up my teaching credential and masters degree and hopefully do a run each month *fingers crossed*. CHEERS!

Cheers to 2013!

This year literally went by sooooo fast! From finishing rotations and graduating from pharmacy school (still can't believe that!) to going on my first cruise with my cousins to the southern Caribbean (thank God for meclizine). Day road trips with friends to Salvation mountain (the hottest day of my life, but so worth it) and San Diego with my foodie friends. This year has definitely been one of my biggest accomplishments and greatest disappointments. I've had the most new experiences and really been able to learn a lot about myself and my amazing God. The greatest blessing is all the time that I was able to spend with my friends and family (even reuniting with some of my elementary school besties) and being able to strengthen our friendships and grow-up together. I wouldn't trade any second of this year and I can't wait to see what God has in store for me in 2014!

2013 blessings

I can't believe that it's the last day of 2013! I'm so thankful for all the blessings, friendships, family, and love that God has given. Cheers to an amazing 2013 and an exciting 2014!
