COOK | BREAKFAST SANDWICHES

Now that Christmas is over and we've survived the New Years festivities, it's time to try out my new presents!! I got this nifty Hamilton Beach breakfast sandwich maker from my cousins and I was ecstatic! I originally saw it on this Buzzfeed post and knew that I had to have it. For those of you who don't know me, I LOVE food and I love breakfast food even more! Sometimes I buy breakfast sandwiches from the commissary at work, but now I can easily make my own :)

All it takes to make is a quick preheating of the machine, an english muffin, some sausage (mine were a little too small), cheese, and an egg

 After 5 minutes of cooking, the english muffin was toasted, sausage warmed, cheese melted, and egg cooked perfectly! 

You can also use bagels, tomatoes, spinach, or whatever else you'd like. The possibilities are endless!
